To make your move-in seamless, a one-time administrative fee and an application processing fee (per persons) collected at the start of your lease to cover onboarding and administrative services — no surprises, just streamlined service from day one.

Admin Fee: $200
Application Fee: $75 (per person)
Deposit: $500 or conditional deposit up to 2x monthly rent

Even better, ongoing service and lifestyle perks — basic services and technology, like smart home features, parking, cable & internet, and amenity access — are already built into your monthly rent. No extra add-ons or hidden fees. Every apartment is a little different, so be sure to check your personalized quote and the application portal for the full details on your home’s pricing. 

Other fees associated with specific transactions, per occurrence, or added/optional rental items may be charged throughout the lease term and at move-out. These fees can include:

Pet Fee: $300/$400/$500
Pet Rent: $50.00 per pet

Reserved or carport parking monthly: $50
Storage unit monthly: $35+ (varies by size)
Transfer fee: $350-$750
Cleaning fee: $165-$265
Late fee: 10% of Base rent
Roommate change: $285
Trash violation: $25, $50, $100 (dependent on quantity of violations)
Lease termination: Two (2) month’s base rent
NSF (non-sufficient funds): $100
Renewal admin: $25
Lock change: $75
